NearFound SEO (operated by Richa) strictly prohibits the advertising or promotion of this website (nearfoundseo.com) or any domain we operate by means of unsolicited bulk email ("spam"). This prohibition applies to everyone: NearFound SEO itself, its employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, partners, and any third party. No person or entity is authorized to promote our websites or services through unsolicited bulk email, newsgroup postings, or messaging of any kind.

How we conduct email outreach

Any business outreach we send follows these rules:

• Messages are individual, one-to-one business communications sent to specific businesses regarding their own public business listings — never bulk broadcasts.
• Every message identifies the sender by real name, includes a valid physical postal address, and a working reply address.
• Every message includes a clear, zero-cost way to decline further contact, and any opt-out request is honored immediately and permanently — the recipient is added to a suppression list that is never deleted.
• We do not use false or misleading header information, deceptive subject lines, purchased consumer lists, or address-harvesting software.
• We comply with applicable law, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.

Third parties and affiliates

We do not operate an affiliate program. If any third party is found advertising our websites through unsolicited messaging, they are doing so without authorization and in violation of this policy, and their relationship with NearFound SEO (if any) will be terminated.

If you believe you have received unsolicited email promoting our websites, or you wish to be added to our do-not-contact list, email richa@nearfoundseo.com with the full message and headers. We investigate every report.
