Who we are

NearFound SEO ("we," "us," "our") is a local SEO agency operated by Richa. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at nearfoundseo.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as when you book a call or send an email. This may include:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your business name and website
  • Anything else you choose to share about your business or goals

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, through Google Analytics: your browser and device type, your approximate location (city level, worked out from your IP address), the pages you view, and the site or search that sent you here. We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and schedule calls
  • Provide and improve our services
  • Send you information you have requested or that relates to work we are doing for you
  • Understand how the site is used so we can make it better

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted service providers we use to run our business (for example, scheduling, email, and analytics tools), and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use it. It is the only analytics or tracking tool here, and it does not run until you say yes — the first time you visit, a small banner asks. If you accept, GA4 stores two first-party cookies in your browser, both of which expire after two years:

  • _ga — tells one visitor apart from another.
  • _ga_<id> — keeps track of a single visit.

That tells us things like which pages get read and which searches bring people here. We do not run advertising or remarketing tags, we use no tracking pixels from social networks, and we do not sell or share this data for advertising.

Two other third parties are involved when you use the site. Google Fonts serves the typefaces, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Cal.com handles booking — you only reach it if you click through to book a call, and their privacy policy applies once you do.

You can change your answer at any time with Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page. We ask again after about twelve months, or sooner if you clear your browser storage. If you reject, no analytics cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google at all — the tag is never loaded.

You can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on to switch Analytics off entirely. Nothing on this site breaks if you do. Google explains its own handling of this data in its privacy policy.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential emails at any time by replying or using the unsubscribe link. To make a request, email richa@nearfoundseo.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
