Most ROI calculators invent a traffic lift, multiply it by hope, and hand you a big green number. This one only does arithmetic you can check: your average customer value, my $1,999 fee, and the break-even point. Everything past that is return.
A typical aesthetics visit runs $500+, and clients return every few months — so one retained client is worth far more than one visit.
4 new customers a month covers the $1,999 fee. Everything past that is return.
| If local SEO adds… | Revenue / mo | Net after fee | Net / year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 customer / mo | $500 | −$1,499 | −$17,988 |
| 2 customers / mo | $1,000 | −$999 | −$11,988 |
| 3 customers / mo | $1,500 | −$499 | −$5,988 |
| 5 customers / mo | $2,500 | +$501 | +$6,012 |
| 10 customers / mo | $5,000 | +$3,001 | +$36,012 |
Fee held at $1,999/mo (the monthly plan). One-time costs: none. Every figure above is your input multiplied by a customer count — nothing else.
There are only three moving parts: the fee ($1,999 a month, the one plan), your average customer value (editable above — the industry defaults are starting points, not claims about your business), and a customer count you choose. Break-even is the fee divided by your customer value. That's the whole model.
What's deliberately not in it: a projected traffic lift. Calculators that bake in "150% more visitors in 6 months" are guessing, and the guess always favors the person selling. Whether the program adds two customers a month or ten depends on your market, your reviews, and your starting point — which is exactly what the free strategy call looks at, with your real profile on screen.
Where the defaults come from: the dental and CPA figures are the low end of the lifetime values quoted on my dental and CPA pages ($4k–$15k and $5k–$50k+); med spa reflects a typical $500+ aesthetics visit before retention; law is a typical retained matter — injury cases run far higher; HVAC uses a repair-ticket average with installs running $7k+; roofing uses a mid-range replacement job. Edit any of them to your actual number — the honest answer is the one computed from your books.
Ranking guarantees, "average client results," or a traffic curve I can't stand behind. The one real result I can show you is on the results page — twelve months of a client's own Search Console, explained honestly, weak numbers included.
