One real client. Real numbers. Nothing inflated.

Most agency case-study walls are borrowed, cherry-picked, or invented. I have one client's story so far, and I'd rather show it plainly — real Google Search Console data, name kept private — than decorate this page with logos I never earned.

How to read these numbers honestly.

The average position across the year is 9.1 — page one, averaged across every single search this business appears for, including the long-tail terms it's only beginning to rank for. An average like that still hides the spread: the core money terms sit higher, and every new term entering low drags the number toward the middle. The 0.8% click-through rate is the same effect from the other side: 2.37 million impressions is a very wide net, full of marginal searches where showing up was the win and a click was never likely — as positions climb, the click share follows. The number that pays the bills is clicks — 19,500 searches that became visits.

The chart is the part I'd show any owner: daily clicks at the start of the window against daily clicks at the end. The line does the talking — that's the compounding local SEO promises, showing up in the client's own Search Console rather than in a slide I made about it.

One number you won't find here: calls. I report calls and booked work to clients every month, but a client's call and booking numbers aren't mine to publish without their sign-off — the Search Console data is the part I can show. Yours would be in your own monthly report either way.

The honest part

Why there's only one case here.

Because NearFound SEO is new, and I only show results I can stand behind. I could rent credibility — stock testimonials, "client" logos from past employers, results from accounts I merely touched. Plenty do. I'd rather have one page that's entirely true.

I also take one business per industry, per city, on purpose — which means this page will grow slowly and honestly. As wins land, they go here: the data, what was done, and what it meant in calls and booked work. If you become a client, your numbers stay private unless you say otherwise — same as the business above.

What you'd see, every month

The report you'd actually get.

Calls and direction requests from your Google Business Profile — the numbers that mean the phone rang, not that a dashboard moved.

Your own Search Console data — clicks and impressions from your account, shared with you directly, never a screenshot you can't verify.

What I did and what's next — the work itemized in plain English, and what it's set up to move next month.
